In the United States, the Caya\u00ae diaphragm requires a prescription from either a healthcare provider* or a Telehealth professional, unless it is dispensed directly to you by your local provider at your appointment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Physicians, nurse practitioners, and certified midwives can write prescriptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Local Healthcare Provider<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your healthcare provider can dispense Caya to you or write you a prescription. You can take the prescription to the pharmacy of your choice<\/a> or send to a Mail Order Pharmacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since not all providers are aware of Caya, you may want to print the Physician Information Card<\/a> to give to them during your visit.

A Telehealth Provider<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Meet with a provider online from the convenience of your home and receive a prescription for the Caya diaphragm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have your telehealth Provider send your prescription to a Mail Order Pharmacy to have your Caya delivered directly to your door or pick it up at the pharmacy of your choice<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get Caya at Your Appointment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your healthcare provider can dispense Caya to you at your appointment.
They can also ensure it fits and teach you to insert Caya before you take it home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You (or your provider) may prefer you get Caya with a prescription. If so, you can fill that prescription either by Mail Order or at your local pharmacy. See below for details.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
